Complaints, refunds & corrections — in writing
These are commitments, not marketing. Every submission below opens a case that cannot be quietly dropped, and the counts — including how many we resolve — are published for anyone to see.
Open a case
Refunds — plain language
- —If a paid report or draft failed to generate, or is materially defective (wrong document analyzed, output cut off, engine error), tell us within 14 days and we refund the purchase.
- —If you bought the wrong product tier by mistake and haven’t used the paid output, tell us within 48 hours and we refund or swap it.
- —Refunds go back to the original payment method. We don’t claw back documents you already downloaded.
- —Asking for a refund never requires you to waive any right or sign anything.
Corrections — when we got something wrong
- —If an output misstates a statute, miscites an authority, or mislabels a verification status, report it here.
- —We acknowledge correction reports within 2 business days.
- —Confirmed errors are corrected in the engine (and its tests) — not just for you, for everyone after you — and counted in the public transparency report.
- —If we believe the output was right, we say so and show why, with sources.
Complaints — how they are handled
- —Every complaint gets a case row the moment you submit it — it cannot be quietly dropped.
- —We respond within 5 business days with what we found and what changes.
- —Aggregate complaint counts and resolution shares are published on the transparency page. Never your content or identity.
- —You can always also complain to your state’s consumer-protection agency or bar UPL committee — using our process first is never required.
Your documents are not training data
We do not use your documents, questions, or outputs to train AI models, and we do not sell them. Our AI providers process them under API terms that do not use API content for model training. Your documents exist to serve you, full stop.
